- Description
- The Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment and supplies to perform janitorial services. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be performed at the following two (2) locations: (1) Sharpe site located approximately seven (7) miles south of Stockton, CA. Janitorial services are required to be provided for approximately 252,775 SF at the Sharpe site. (2) Tracy site located approximately two (2) miles southeast of Tracy, CA. Janitorial services are required to be provided for approximately 240,538 SF at the Tracy site. The Sharpe and Tracy sites are approximately 13.2 miles apart. Services will include, but are not limited to: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, emptying and cleaning ash tray/urns, cleaning interior/exterior windows, dusting, disinfecting, descaling, steam clean carpets, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning water fountains, cleaning toilets and urinals, cleaning, stocking restrooms, and other general cleaning requirements.
