- THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING WITHIN ONE DAY. The work consists of supplying and delivering precast concrete footings for the open bottom structural arch and supplying a manufacturer's representative during setting of the footing. The contractor shall deliver the footings to the Adams County Road department yard in Council, Idaho, or the job site. Job site is located at Bar Creek. To get to Bar Creek, proceed approximately 5 miles south of Council, Idaho, on State Highway 95, then drive east on the Middle Fork Weiser River Road 50186, approximately 10 miles to Bar Creek. The county will supply equipment and operators to offload (excavator and/or front end loader). The delivery must be during normal work hours Monday through Thursday. Adams County will decide if the delivery location will be at Council or at the job site depending on the weather conditions at the time of delivery. Delivery must be made before April 1, 2008.
