- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of potential small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) that can provide assistance to CMS in developing complex regulations that effectively implement health insurance programs (including original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Prescription Drug Program, and Medicaid) while minimizing unnecessary cost or burden. Although all small businesses are encouraged to respond, CMS wishes to assess the possibility of a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or HubZone Small Business Set-Aside.
