- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for Adult Cardiology Services ONE DAY PER WEEK EVERY OTHER WEEK BI-WEEKLY at the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from the date of award for one year. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be February 7, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ package is February 22, 2008.
