- This Synopsis is for the catastrophic level repair of F-16 PSP (Programmable Signal Processor)assets. This requirement is for the repair of F-16 PSP assets that are beyond USAF organic depot level repair or other existing USAF repair contracts. The data and proprietary rights are owned by Northrop Grumman. Award to Northrop Grumman is anticipated as it is the only known source having access to proprietary data and the specific test data/equipment and tooling required for successful fulfillment of this effort.
