- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement to update User Guides and Technical Manuals for Air Force Technical Application Center?s (AFTAC?s) Hydroacoustic Data Acquisition System (HDAS) based on upgrades made by the government to the HDAS system configuration. The period of performance is for six (6) months from date of award. This is a Sole Source purchase order with L-3 Communications MariPro, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. L-3 Communications MariPro, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement. The user guides and technical manuals are the copyright property of L-3 Communication MariPro, Inc. and they are the only source who can provide this service. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541990. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCCB has determined that L-3 Communication MariPro, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
