- Description
- The Seckenheim Regional Contracting Office Stuttgart Sub-Office (RCO Stuttgart) intends to solicit competitive proposals on an unrestricted basis for Hotel Accommodations within five kilometers of Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. This requiremen t is for 62 standard sleeping rooms to be reserved / held free in support of Soldiers in temporary changing status (TCS). Accommodations shall include continental breakfast, maid service daily, fresh towels daily and linen service at least every other day . This is a follow-on contract and the incumbent contractor is the Swabian Inn. Contemplated award type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a four-month base period and two 12-month option periods. Solicitation will result in only one award. Anti cipated contract start date is 6 June 2008. This commercial acquisition is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 15. Request for Proposal W912PE-08-T-7028 will be issued on or about 3 March 2008 and proposals will be due on or about 4 April 2008. Inter ested parties are strongly encouraged to register with FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov to receive the solicitation and to monitor the site frequently for amendments or other information. The solicitation may be accessed and downloaded at FedBizOpps or the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. No paper, email or fax copies will be provided. Responsibility for obtaining the solicitation rests solely with potential offerors. The solicitation will include all necessary information and instructions. Requests for information received prior to solicitation issue will not be addressed. All proposals from responsible offerors will be considered. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
