Award will be made to offeror whose quote meets all the technically acceptable citeria set forth in this solicitation with the lowest price . PERFORMANCE-BASE WORK STATEMENT: 1. Plan, implement and evaluate weekly Youth of the Chapel meetings to include participants from liturgical and non-liturgical faith groups through the Director, Religious Education. 2. Develop and implement a marketing plan for the Youth of the Chapel. 3. Maintain updated records to include participant lists, chaperones, volunteers with all required paperwork. Follow up on phone calls, emails, etc. 4. Attend the monthly RE Ad visory Council 5. Represents the youth of the Chapel program on the RE Advisory Council. 6. Provide monthly training opportunities for the Youth volunteers through the Installation Director of Religious Education.. Criteria <BR >Must complete a positive background check and have Red Cross First Aid and CPR training as well as sexual abuse and child molestation awareness training exam. Must be able to work in an ecumenical setting and provide ministry in a multi-faith setti ng. Must be able to work flexible hours to include work on weekends and weeknights. Must have at least 6 graduate level credit hours in religious education/youth ministry or a certification from an accredited institution.
