- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-08-T-8002 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition C ircular 2005-23. This is a 100% small business set-aside; NAICS is 811310 and size standard is $6.5M. NOT E: A mandatory pre-quote site visit is scheduled at, building 104, Thompson Field, 141 Military Drive, Base Contracting Office, Jackson MS 39232-8881, at 12:30 P.M. CST on Friday, 1 February 2008. Quotes received from vendors who do not attend the site visit will be considered non-responsive. Drivers must have a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance and registration in order to drive on the installation. Quotes will be evaluated to determine the best value to the Government using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable process, IAW FAR 15.101-2 - that is, the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding technical requireme nts.
