Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-08-T-8002 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition C ircular 2005-23. This is a 100% small business set-aside; NAICS is 811310 and size standard is $6.5M. Line item 0001, Basic Year: Services, Non-Personal: Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, testing, transportation, plant and supervision n ecessary to provide preventive maintenance for twelve working air compressors, seven air dryers, one air purifier, and two vacuum pumps as prescribed by the manufacturer, located at the 172d Airlift Wing, Mississippi Air National Guard, 141 Military Drive, Jackson, MS. Period of performance is 1 March 2008-28 February 2009. Work shall comply with the Statement of Work. NOT E: A mandatory pre-quote site visit is scheduled at, building 104, Thompson Field, 141 Military Drive, Base Contracting Office, Jackson MS 39232-8881, at 12:30 P.M. CST on Friday, 1 February 2008. Quotes received from vendors who do not attend the site visit will be considered non-responsive. Drivers must have a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance and registration in order to drive on the installation. Quotes should specify a summary price for each subline item, and a quarterly and annual price for each compressor, dryer, and pump. Quotes will be evaluated to determine the best value to the Government using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable process, IAW FAR 15.101-2 - that is, the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding technical requireme nts.
