- United States Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick, MA on behalf of the U.S. Marine Corps has a requirement for Optical, Impact, Physical, and Ballistic test services. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base p eriod of three (3) years and two (2) option years to ICS Laboratories, a small business located in Brunswick, OH. This effort is to provide the Government with polyethylene fiber for research and development purposes. The Government has a requirement for O ptical, Impact, Physical, and Ballistic test services for protective eyeware and faceshields. ICS Laboratories represents only one or a limited number of sources that are able to satisfy the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System Id entifier for this procurement is 541380; the Small Business Size Standard is $11,000,000.00.
