Quantity: Repair three (3) Thermo Vision Sentry II Cameras with CCD sensor/pan-tilt assembly part # 614004798 and dispose of one (1) each Thermo Vision Sentry II cameras in accordance with DCMA plant clearance procedures. Required repair and delivery is as soon as possible, but not later than 7 days After Contract Award (DACA). Inspection/Acceptance should be at Origin with FOB Destination. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price and anticipated award date is 12 Feb 2008. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, this item is restricted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) FLIR SYSTEMS INC. CAGE Code 3UVR3, 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, M A 01862. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. See number note 22 is revised as follows: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate wit h only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposa ls received with fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of t he Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. < BR>
