- Furnish all labor and materials necessary to perform ecological studies at five (5) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The work includes a re-survey to confirm the presence of federal and state Endangered and Thr eatened species and state Species of Special Concern as reported in previously completed surveys at the five Army Corps of Engineer sites cited in the Scope of Work; perform a survey of vernal pools for rare species; perform a focused survey of the distrib ution and diversity of rare and threatened amphibians and perform a comprehensive survey and map of invasive plant species for all five sites identified in the Scope of Work. This solicitation will be available on or about 7 February 2008. Prospective cont ractors are required to self register their firms on the Internet to receive this solicitation. . Registration instructions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telep honic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is Unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6,500 ,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
