Description: This proposed procurement is Unrestricted, NAICS 541620 with a size standard of $6.5 Million The Contractor will be responsible for completing an inventory of National Guard Bureau (NGB) Non-DoD Non-Operational Defense Sites (NDNODS) within t he western region and integrating these potential sites into the existing NDNODS Program based upon the current schedule. This work shall be completed on a firm, fixed price basis for the designated states and territories under a Performance-Based Contrac t (PBC) by conducting required research, investigation, evaluation, coordination. Investigation of sites already transferred from or outside of military control will require the Contractor to coordinate with the USACE, NGB, and State National Guard POCs a s well as current property owners regarding Rights of Entry. The primary goal of the NGB NDNODS Inventory will be to collect specific information required per 10 U.S.C. ? 2710 to complete the inventory database, complete individual consolidated State Inve ntory Reports, and develop the Military Munitions Site Prioritization Protocol (MRSPP) score for each site. Specifications will be posted in FEDTEDS.GOV. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation wil l be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
