- Question and Answer 08 Jan 08 email and 07 Jan 08 email Is it permissible to include representative projects greater than $250,000 in Block F? The District requests that firms include no more than two projects greater than $250,000 in Block F. 08 Jan 08 email The solicitation requests presentation of three organization charts. Should resumes of team members not involved in those three project teams also be included? Resumes of all proposed team members should be included in the appropria te block of the SF330. The intent of the organizational charts is to evaluate the offer's key team members with respect to aerial photography production, GIS systems implementation, and topographic survey. The composition of these three teams should be lim ited to the number of positions and types of positions listed in the solicitation for each team. 08 Jan 08 email Is it acceptable to show some overlap of personnel for the teams presented in the organization charts? It is acceptable. 04 Jan 0 8 email How many references should be included for each member of the proposed team? As stated in the solicitaiton, a minimum of three references, in total, is required. Whether or not to include additional references is left to the discretion of the propo ser. 04 Jan 08 email What is A/E/C CADD? What is SDSFIE? A/E/C is an acronym for the USACE Architect/Engineer CADD Standard. SDSFIE is an acronym for the USACE Spatial Data Standard for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment. 04 Jan 08 e mail Is the request for 10 representative projects (10 total) or ten projects for each of the three project teams (30 total)? The request is for 10 total representative projects.
