- Description
- It is the intent of the Government to negotiate on a sole source basis with Montana Operating Engineers and AGC Joint Apprentice Council to repair eroded area, install rip rap on the dust abatement dikes, remove occluding vegetation and sediment, and construct a maintenance road at the Canyon Ferry Wildlife Management Area. These projects will provide training opportunities to the Training Trust apprentices. This action is in accordance with the 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1).
