- SYNOPSIS 08-0066--NAVSEA Indian Head requires Stabilizing Rod Assemblies in accordance with drawing 318AS240 RevF. One (1) First Article lot will be due 2 months ARO. First Article lot consists of seventy-five (75) sets of component parts and seventy-five (75) assemblies. 500 deliverable assemblies will be due 1 month after acceptance of First Article with 500 deliverable assemblies due each month thereafter until contract is complete. This requirement is considered full and open with a 10% HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference. The NAICS code is 336415. The Size Standard is 1000 employees. The FSC code is 1340.
