- Description
- FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a sole source effort pursuant to FAR 6-302-1 using commercial items acquisition procedures as defined under FAR part 12, with Clinvest, ( A Divison of Banyon Group Incorporated) of Springfield, MO. for the professional scientific, information technology, and medical services to support increased capacity and capability to the BUMED initiative to improve pre-deployment screening as well as in theatre and post deployment screening, diagnosis, and treatment of Psychological Health and Traumatic Brian Injury conditions for Navy and Marine Corps active duty service members. Services include the continued design, development, test and evaluation of procedures, guidance, equipment, and systems development of the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics which is a standardized neurocognitive and combat stress assessment and recovery monitoring system. A firm fixed price negotiated contract is the expected result of this acquisition effort. The NACIS code for this effort is 541712. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only those sources listed above, under the authority of the Clinger Cohen act, interested professional scientific, information technologies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by email at the address listed above
