- The solicitation number has changed to N00406-08-R-8051. However, for posting purposes at https://www.neco.navy.mil, the reference number N00406-08-T-0177 will continue to be used. All amendments will be posted to 08-T-0177. The closing date has changed to 2/12/2008. This solicitation is for the procurement of various sizes of lumber including, but not limited to plywood, hardwood & softwood boards. This is an annual requirement with a possibility of 2 one year option periods. This is a commercial procurement utilizing FAR parts 12 and 15. Standard delivery time of the items will be 5-10 business days, but may require urgent deliveries within 48 hours. All lumber will be delivered to Bldg 513 at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314. Must meet QPL qualification requirements per FAR 52.209-1 at time of award. Copies of MIL/FED specs, QPL, may be obtained from the ASSIST database on the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/online/start/.
