- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract to The Spiratex Company, 6333 Cogswell St., Romulus, MI 48174-4403 to provide Towed Array hose material in support of Submarine (TB-16) Towed Array spares production per source controlled government drawings at the Navy Array Technical Support Center (NATSC). Vendors wishing to become a qualified vendor will be required to provide a minimum of one hose to the Technical Design Agent (TDA) and the TDA will conduct the necessary testing to qualify the vendor. All costs associated with testing and certification process will be at the vendor's expense. The total estimated value is $2,267,000.00 to include a Base and 4 option periods. The FSC Code is 4720. The NAICS Code is 326220 with a size standard of 500 employees.
