- This is a sole source announcement. No "hard copy" Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to OWYHEE GROUP COMPANIES Kestrel 4000NV Pocket Weather Tracker/K4000NV (98 each); Kestrel 4000 Interface-Serial Port/K4000SP (98 each) and Initial Attack Kestrel MOLLE Pouch with Lanyard/Z341-M (98 each). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13. Direct procurement questions via e-mail to: belinda.santos@navy.mil. Note 22 applies however all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
