- Description
- These specifications set forth the requirements for the printing, packing, labeling and delivery of lenticular business cards with rounded corners printing four-color process on the face (two phase flip, side to side, left to right)with the same images on the face of all cards and opaque white and black ink on the back with personalized information for multiple individuals. Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract: The contractor must offer the maximum quantity, inclusive of prelimiary and makeready costs, for a fixed price. The predominant production function of this contract is printing to include production of the proofs required. NO portion of this predominant production function may be subcontracted.
