- This is notice that the Naval Special Warfare Group Four, Naval Amphibious Base, Norfolk, Va intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Chapman School of Seamanship located at 4343 S. East Saint Lucie Blvd. Stuart FL to provide 9 sessions of Advanced Navigation, Craft Systems Engineering and Seamnanship Training for Special Boat Team Twenty.
