- Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a contract for repair and maintenance services on Ling Vibration equipment, Power Amps and associated equipment. The requirement is to provide repair and maintenance services on Ling 4022 Vibration Shakers, DMA 48 Power Amplifier, DMA-40PP Power Amplifier, A335B Electrodynamic Vibration Shaker and 6X6 Kimball Slip Table. Proposed IDIQ contract type: combination of time and materials and firm fixed price requirement contract. Work shall be ordered and funded by issued task orders or service call in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract will contain firm fixed price line items for the following parts (maximum amounts identified): 1) Armature, 3 each; 2) Upper Field Coil, 9 each; 3) Lower Field Coil, 9 each; 4) Lower Armature Bearing, 9 each; 5) Upper Armature Bearing, 9 each; 6) DMA Power Module, 9 each; 7) Power Logic Mod! ule, 12 each; 8) Armature Rewind, 9 each. The period of performance is for three years. NAWCWD is located adjacent to the city of Ridgecrest, approximately 150 miles north of Los Angeles in Southern California's upper Mojave Desert. Estimated solicitation release date: September 14, 2006. Estimated closing response date: October 14, 2006. Estimated contract award date: November 14, 2006. All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Responses must include all information requested in the Request for Proposal (RFP). All requests must reference this solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The written response must clearly demonstrate the respondent's ability to satisfy the government's requirement.
