- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12). This is not a request for quote. Vendors should not submit format quotes until the RFQ is posted to this website. 78th CONS/PKP has a requirement for TermaCAM P640 Infrared Camera with software, DC adapter, battery, and thermograph training. Manufactured by Flir Systems Inc. The ThermaCAM P640 Infrared Camera is the only camera system which will meet of the government?s specifications and allow the government to work with Civil Engineering and be standardized on equipment used for IR imaging. Training will be provided for one student (who has already completed level 1 training) at the manufactures predetermined site. The government will be responsible for the travel, meals and lodging expense for this training. NAICS 423410, SMALL BUSINESS STANDARD: 500 employees. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3861 Photographic Equipment and Supplies. FSC 6760 Photographic Equipment & accessories. This is a brand name acquisition. Substitutions will not be acceptable. Prices will be FOB Destination Robins AFB Georgia. The delivery term is 30 days after receipt of an award. Solicitation No. FA8501-08-T-0008 is issued as a Request for Quote. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 27 December 2007 at www.fbo.gov.
