- Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA originally synopsized this requirement on October 14, 2006 for service and maintenance of various Ling vibration equipment, Power Amps and associated equipment located at NAWCWD under FSC J049. NAWCWD originally anticipated a combination Time and Material/Fixed Price IDIQ type contract. The requirement has been amended removing the time and material service/repair requirements. NAWCWD anticipates award of a fixed price Indefinite Quantity contract. Requirements will be ordered and funded by delivery orders. The contract will contain firm fixed price line items for the following parts (maximum amounts identified): 1) Armature, 3 each; 2) Upper Field Coil, 9 each; 3) Lower Field Coil, 9 each; 4) Lower Armature Bearing, 9 each; 5) Upper Armature Bearing, 9 each; 6) DMA Power Module, 9 each; 7) Power Logic Module, 12 each; 8) Armature Rewind, 9 each. The proposed ordering period is for three years. NAWCWD is located adjacent to the city of Ridgecrest, approximately 150 miles north of Los Angeles in Southern California's upper Mojave Desert. Estimated closing response date has been extended to November 1, 2007. Estimated contract award date: December 1, 2007. All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Responses must include all information requested in the Request for Proposal (RFP). All requests must reference this solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The written response must clearly demonstrate the respondent's ability to satisfy the government's requirement.
