- Description
- This is an announcement of the Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Financial Services (OFS) Administrative Support Services. FDA is conducting a Streamlined Competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. These services are currently provided by Government personnel, comprised of 11 FTE located in the Washington, DC metro area. Decision for this competition is anticipated by mid November. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. Prospective offers are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NO SOLICITATION SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED, AND PROPOSALS ARE THEREFORE NOT REQUESTED. The Competitive Sourcing Official is Joe Ellis. The Agency Tender Official is Susan Farran. The Contracting Officer is Patricia Pemberton. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-SEP-2007).
