1. Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, and qualified supervision for the Reconfigure the Entrance Space at the Information Technology Center, Bldg. #215 at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines Illinois. Work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, site work, general construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and painting. Project Engineer is Wayne Bartl, at (708) 681-6666. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is February 6, 2008. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
