This announcement constitutes the only solicitat ion; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: A mandatory pre-quote site visit is scheduled at, building 104, Thompson Field, 141 Military Drive, Base Contracting Office, Jackson MS 39232-8881, at 12:30 P.M. CST on Friday, 1 February 2008. Quotes received from vendors who do not attend the site visit will be considered non-responsive. Drivers must have a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance and registration in order to drive on the installation.
