- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Army Cost & Economic Analysis Center, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 8.405 -6(b)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Calibre Systems, Inc., 6354 Walker Lane, Metro Park, Alexandria, VA 22202-3252 to maintain and upgrade Web and Analytical tools to support the Per sonnel Costing System. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of three (3) months commencing on February 1, 2008, and ending on April 30, 2008. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is n ot a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Contracting Specialist, Mrs. Martina Williams who c an be reached at williamsM3@conus.army.mil. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Tuesday, 29 January 2008, at 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this not ice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
