Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0015 to Delex Systems, Incorporated. This order will provide for Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control Systems (HSCLCS) Embedded Trainer (HET) training for Taiwan, as well as applicable technical data for the training.
