Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0026 to McDonnell Douglas, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company.
