- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10 Dayton Contract office intends make a sole source award to Alcon Laboratories, Inc. for the purchase of an Infinity System Ozil w/ videoverlay. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented in the FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The applicable NACIS Code is 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. A Justification and Approval to procure using other than full and open competition is attached. Any interested parties, other than Alcon Laboratories, that feel they can satisfy this requirement must submit a written quote via e-mail or fax, to one of the addresses listed below, no later than February 18, 2008 at 16:00 PM EST. All interested parties, must be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
