- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Procurement Operations Division (POD), is issuing this sources sought as part of market research for the continuing technical operations, maintenance and help desk support for the USDA's Integrated Acquisition System (IAS). IAS was implemented USDA-wide between 2002 and 2006 and supports approximately 11,000 acquisition users who are geographically dispersed throughout USDA's eleven procuring organizations. The system is web based and is available to users from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST daily.
