- The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Swain Sports International, 138 W Campbell Ave FL 2, Campbell, CA 95008-1050, for the following: Mats, Flexi-Roll Deluxe Mat, 6ft x 12ft x 2in, item # Flex-2612; Qty 100; Color Blue. These items will be provided at the Officer Training School (OTS), Maxwell AFB, AL. This requirement is to be provided within ten (10) days after receipt of award. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 326299. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of any Government contract in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7001. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, you must respond to this notice before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on 5 Feb 2008 to ATTN: Genell Carter (334) 953-5866 or genell.carter@maxwell.af.mil. If no responses are received by the above date and time, a sole source contract with Swain Sports International will be pursued.
