- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with SkyTel Corporation, 515 E. Amite Street, Jackson, MS 39225-2469 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FA R 6.302-1. This requirement provides pager service to emergency personnel on APG, MD. This is a sole source procurement as SkyTel pagers are in place since 2003. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with SkyTel Corporation. The North American Industry Classification is 517211 and the size standard is 1,500. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a sol icitation of offers.
