- QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: 1. Who is the incumbent? This is a new requirement. As such, there is no incumbent contractor. 2. Is there a list of type systems within your infrastructure and their operating systems? <BR >CISCO backbone, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000/XP, MS Office Suite 2003, Adobe Acrobat, DELL Desktops (GX-620/GX-745), DELL Latitude Laptops. 3. Are there currently Service Level Agreements (SLA's) in place with various customers/agencie s and if so, are they incorporated within ServiceIT? No current SLA exists. 4. Place performance is VA correct? Place of performance is mainly in Rosslyn, VA with occasional travel to one of the remote sites for assistance durin g a major upgrade/transition. 5. Will Help Desk personnel take part in any CPMS systems integration or new application testing and implementations that will be added into the infrastructure? Only implementation of any new version of so ftware applications being deployed enterprise wide. 6. Is this a 24/7 staffed Support Desk being that it supports 27 field offices is various time zones? Help Desk hours are from 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. We do receive trouble calls from the remote locations in various time zones.
