- Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) Logistics Support Services SOLICIATION NUMBER W9133L-08-R-0013. The National Guard Bureau has a requirement for Logistics Support Service. Contract award will be made on Lowest Technical Price. The contr act resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed Price and will cover a base year (from time of award to 30 September 2008) and Two Year Option periods. This RFP will be set-aside as a 100 percent Small Business procurement. The NAICS Code is 5416 18 Other Management Consulting Services. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and Government entity code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
