- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32407-7001 intends to solicit United States Marine, Inc., 10011 Lorraine Road, Gulfport, MS 39503-6001 on a sole source basis for five (5) each Boat Systems training courses and five (5) each Electrical Subsystem training courses for the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) 11-meter Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB). USMI is the original designer and manufacturer of the NSW 11-meter RIB, and is the only source that can provide the training for these craft. These specific training courses are required in order to permit Navy personnel to maintain the function and performance of the NSW 11-meter RIB. Training will be provided at the contractor's facility. The items will be delivered to the NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 611519 applies.
