Description

REQUIREMENT: A General Services Administration (GSA) lease presently provides 26,300 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space in a modern Class A office building in Fresno, CA. The Government has continuing need of this space which yields 16,390 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office and related area, 5,450 square feet of lab and clinic area, together with access to 38 on-site surface parking spaces. It has been determined that continued occupancy in current premises will result in less cost to the Government when the expenses of relocation and replication of telecommunications, security, and other tenant improvements are taken into consideration. Occupancy must occur no later than May 31, 2008.
