- Amendment 1 to Solicitation NAMA-08-Q-0018 for Archival Quality Laser Printerable Polyester Material Die-Cut Labels is hereby amended as follows: The RFQ is hereby amended to include the notification that the last day for the submission of questions regarding the RFQ is no later than 3:00PM Thursday January 31, 2008, and to provide reponses to submitted questions as follows: 1.Question: My product specialist wants to know if you can provide a sample of the label material. We would be glad to send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed FedEx label to get it here. Answer: NARA will not be providing samples. Due to time constraints, which preclude waiting for a pre-paid FedEx label, and the cost to send samples to all interested parties, it would not be prudent to send samples. Please refer to section 3.0 SPECIFICATIONS of the SOW which include detailed measurements as well as performance specifications as well as the attached label sheet copy with individual labels outlined. The Government also suggests contacting the manufacturer of the raw material. RFQ Change: The following documents are included as Attachments to the SOW: Attachment 1:Label outline. 2.Question: If any matrix do you want it removed or left on? Answer: Please refer to section 3.0 SPECIFICATIONS or contacted Ms. Susan Muniz to request a copy of the full text SOW. RFQ Change: None. 3.Question: Can I get the type of laser printer that these labels will run through, or the typical laser printer that they are currently using to print on these labels? Answer: The labels are for several destinations. Each destination may be using a different type/brand of laser printer. The labels should be acceptable for all laser printers. RFQ Change: None. 4.Question: Your quote does not have a page to put our companies information, how do we proceed? Answer: Offeror's price quotation shall be based on the cost to supply the requirement and shall be expressed utilizing the structure outlined in the SOW available upon request from Ms. Susan Muniz. RFQ Change: None. 5.Question: I need to know how they want it Die cut a PDF image would work or a drawing. Answer: See RFQ change in Question 1 above. RFQ Change: None. Contact Ms. Susan Muniz to request a copy of the full text SOW, Amendment 1, and Attached 1. Any resulting changes to the RFQ are noted and are hereby incorporated. The due date for responses remains the same. Quotations should be received by 4:00 PM EST on February 4 , 2008.
