- NSN 1560-01-481-8670, PR 0017209020; Item: Kit, Depot Repair, HY. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in cFolders. This procurement is a large purchase qty of 180 each. This solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 100% option. This item is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Government Furnished Material applies to this procurement and will be supplied upon contract award. The Production delivery is due 202 days from acceptance of the first article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers received from valid Small Business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 01/18/08 the close date is 02/19/08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
