- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) REGARDING HEARING AID BATTERIES TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND POTENTIAL SOURCES FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS 335912. Information sought includes technical data of available hearing aids, to include types and models, along with packaging information (number of batteries per package). Further, please provide whether your firm is capable of providing these products, and if you are classified as a small business by the Small Business Administration under the NAICS code 335912; and any other socioeconomic classification of your business. If interested, please submit the information requested above, along with your company name, address, phone number, and name of company representative. Interested vendors should mail the requested information to the attention of Russ Emery at Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center, P.O.
