Description
SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This announcement is for the purpose of soliciting firms interested in submitting an offer for award, to provide two (2) Scissor Lifts, Brand name or Equal to the Genie GS5390; and In-country training for two (2) mechanics a nd two (2) drivers in Cairo, Egypt. This procurement will be executed in accordance with FAR Part 12. SPECIFICATIONS: Scissor Lift- Genie GS5390 or equivalent. Substitutions for a similar item are acceptable. All equipment shall be new and of current des ign and manufacture. Used or refurbished equipment or parts is unacceptable. MEASUREMENTS: Working height maximum 59 ft (18.15 m); Platform height maximum 53 ft (16.15 m); Platform length: 6.25 in (5.34 m); Single Deck. PRODUCTIVITY: Lift capacity 1,500 lbs (680 kg); Maximum outrigger leveling: front to back 7? side to side 12?; Turning radius - inside 7 ft 1 in 2.16 m; Turning radius - outside 17 ft 6 in 5.33 m; Controls proportional; Drive four wheel; Raise / lower speed 55 / 49 sec; Tires - foam-fille d rough terrain 12 x 33 in 30 x 84 cm. POWER: Power source Deutz F3L-2011 3 cylinder diesel 49 hp (36 kW), air cooled Auxiliary Power unit 12 V DC; Electrical system to working platform must be or be convertible to 220 V 60 Hz system; Fuel tank capacity 30 gal (113.6 L); Hydraulic system capacity 30 gal (113.6 L). WEIGHT: 16,616 lbs (7,537 kg.); STANDARDS COMPLIANCE ANSI. CONTRACT PROCEDURES: The Request for Proposal (RFP) will only be issued US firms who have responded to this notice indicating interest in submitting a proposal. The award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) vendor. The contract will a firm-fixed price basis.
