Description
Repave Parking Lots Buildings 1602, 1603, & 3B This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of upcoming project 08-0408, Repaving Parking Lots at Buildings 1602, 1603 and 3B at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville NC. The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision to apply a 2? wearing course of Superpave asphalt, paint parking stalls for the listed parking lots. A complete list of specifications will be included in the solicitation. The building will remain in operation during the entire construction period; the Contractor is required to conduct operations to cause the least possible interference. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237310 and the annual size standard is $31 million. The proposed contract is being considered for 100 % HUBZONE set-aside for small business (SB). The contract completion date will be 120 days after award. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. The estimated magnitude of the requirement is less than $25,000.00. It is anticipated that there will be no bond requirements. Once it is available, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. All interested offerors shall register at the website. The solicitation will be available on or about 21 December 2007. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is on or about 03 January 2007. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only. The contractor, who provides the most advantageous offer in terms of price, conforming to the solicitation, will be awarded a contract.
