- Requirement for award of a service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Project Assistant (NRPA) Services to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The proposed proc urement is unrestricted under NAICS 541620 with a corresponding small business size standard of $6.5 million. This contract will be for a base year and a six month option period. The project magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 for the base and all option years. The procurement will be subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 5 February 2008 and will be due on 22 February 2008 .
