Description of work: This solicitation is for the construction of approximately 40,0 00 square foot addition and an 8,500 square foot alternation for Robinson Health Clinic at Fort Bragg, NC. The project requires the construction of a state-of-the-art medical treatment facility and associated site work and utilities infrastructure. The p roject will be solicited and procured using a Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) Design-Bid-Build. Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15.101-1. Award will be made to an Offeror whose technical submittal and price proposal contain the co mbination of the criteria requested that offers the best value to the Government. Project may include optional Bid items. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Network Analysis will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 . This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 22 February 2008.
