- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The following is a synopsis under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The quotation number is N00178-08-Q-3012 and is a request for quotation. All interested parties shall be considered by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren VA 22448-5110. All offerors must be advised that they must be active in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.ccr.gov before award can be made. The Government intends to procure the follow ing on a sole source basis from Artisan Software Tools, Inc. 16055 SW Walker Road, #422, Beaverton OR 97006-4942. The following is to be purchased (1) 6 each Artisan Studio Floating License Product Code AS-F; (2) 6 each Artisan Studio Annual Maintenance; (3) 6 each, CM interface ? Product Code AS-CM-1 and (4) 6 each CM Annual Maintenance. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 with a size standard of $23M. The order shall be a firm fixed price order. Offer is due 4 February 2008 no later than 2 p.m,.
