- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN 5840-01-517-2918, Generator, Hand Held. Specifications plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete,unrestrictive technical data; therfore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturers are Drivekore Inc. (CAGE 05784) P/N EU1000I and American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (CAGE 3N4V8) P/N EU1000IA2. This solicitation will be issued on 02/19/08 and closes 03/19/08. This requirement is for a quantity of 535 each. The Government's requested delivery is 90 days. FOB is destination and inspection/acceptance is at destination and is being shipped to New Cumberland, PA. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible source may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 02/19/08. See Notes 22 and 26.
