- NSN 5996-01-212-4103, PR 0016970281, SPM7A5-08-R-0053. Edo Corp. (00752), Northrop Grumman (26916), Teledyne (56348), and Rodelco (59926), p/n 037-003061-001, quantity 38 each including option, FOB destination to New Cumberland PA, delivery in 200 days. See Note 26. The solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date of 2/18/08. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1). Approved sources are: Edo Corp., Northrop Grumman, Teledyne and Rodelco. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
