Description: 1.1 General. The contractor shall furnish to NAMSA two sets of portable, manually operated, vehicle wash racks and related equipment. Two identical wash racks, each with two bays, with one wash rack for each of two major headquarters camps will be required. Both wash racks will operate independently, but will feature interchangeable components. Each set of equipment will be installed in conjunction with two concrete washing bays that will be installed by others.
